Shark Point

Shark Point can be reached from Ao Nang in approximately 1½ hours by boat. It is recognizable by the tip of a rock, which just protrudes from the water's surface. Three reefs, all of which are rich in aquatic life, are under environmental protection. Shark point was named after the harmless leopard sharks, which can regularly be found in the area. Without a doubt one of the most beautiful dive sites in the region! Visibility up to 25m, depths up to 26m. |
Anemone Reef

Approximately 500m from Shark Point, one can find the Anemone Reef, which lies at a depth of about 6m. As the name says, this reef is almost completely covered in anemones at its highest point. As with Shark Point, many species of fish and coral can be found here. Besides leopard sharks, swarms of barracudas, moraines, tuna fish, and small nurse sharks can be found here - the trained eye may even find scorpion fish. This is also a great dive site that one will always want to come back to. Visibility up to 25m, depths up to 22m. |
Wreck

In May of 1997, the ferry "King Cruiser" ran into the Anemone Reef and sunk. Thankfully, all the passengers were rescued, and the reef did not suffer any extensive damages. The wreck quickly became a new home for many species of fish and coral, thus turning into a very interesting and popular dive site. Depths between 10m to 30m. |
Koh Bida Nok / Koh Bida Nai

Two very beautiful dive sites south of Ko Phi Phi Don. The diver's eye may spy everything from steep walls to terrace-like underwater formations, as well as a plethora of fish, corals, and gorgonians. With a bit of luck, you might even come across a turtle. Visibility up to 25m, depths up to 26m. |
Hin Bida

Further south of the Phi Phi Islands, lies the Hin-Bida reef, famous for its wonderful rock and coral formations, as well as the variety of fish that are present. You can regularly find leopard sharks here, and sometimes, between January and April, you may even come across a whale shark. Visibility up to 25m, depths up to 20m. |
Hin Daeng-Hin Muang (only on live-aboard trips)

These world-class dive sites surely belong to the best in the whole of Thailand. They are well known due to the multitude of whale sharks and manta rays, which are most abundant between January and April. Visibilty up to 30m, depths that clearly exceed the limits of sport diving! |
