Summer Season
Just like in Phuket, we are now promoting the period of May through to October as the “Summer Season” instead of the “Low Season”.
May heralds the start of the South West Monsoon, a word which is usually misunderstood, last year we had the February and March weather rolling all the way through the Summer Season. It's a cooler period with highs down to a comfortable 31-32 degrees. The rain showers that come usually only last an hour or so, but after the vegetation becomes lush and beautiful with a thousand shades of green. This is the true season of the tropical paradise of our dreams, the area becomes more relaxed, quiet, fun, intimate and friendly
The best part is you can find some fantastic money saving deals:
- Fantastic deals on accommodation…
- Enjoy a 10% discount on Retail items at Ao Nang Divers…
- Our Dive Trip prices have been rolled back to the same as 2007…
- Our Dive Education is some of the best in the area and we can guarantee small groups…
- Most of our adventure tours have dropped in price…
- And last but not least, you’ll find our dive sites free from the congestion of other divers…
Congratulations
Ao Nang Divers would like to congratulate Iukuo Aihara and Shigeru Aihara on their completion of MSD, we wish them all the best in their diving career, and hope to see them both soon, for some more fantastic diving.

International Beach Clean Up 2008
On the 2nd October, Ao Nang Divers participanted in an international Beach Clean up in Ao Nang, Krabi. Once again the community of Ao Nang Stamped a difference on the environment. The whole event was organised with Ao Nang Divers, Kon-Tiki Krabi, Projects Abroad, Green fins, Thai Natural Resources and the National Parks authority.
The focus this year was on the education of the local children in environmental awareness. The whole event saw around 500 volunteers helping over 3 of the main beach areas: Napparatharat beach, Ao Nang main beach and Klong Muang beach.
We would like to thank all those organisations and volunteers that made this event such a success.
